We have a room available immediately for 2 people.

Walking distance to LUISS and Sapienza Universities.

The room comes totally furnished and has a small living area with a fridge, (queen size bed + single bed, 2 closet, 2 desk, chairs, sheets, blankets).

The apartment also has a washing machine and a big fully furnished kitchen.

In a big and bright apartment FOR STUDENTS, located in Piazza Regina Margherita (center of university area).

This place is a beautiful house that you can use for long stays. The street is nice and safe for students. The rooms have great view of the ancient streets of Rome. If you will stay in Rome for long time for studying, this place can be your house.

- Equipped bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. (to share with 2 people).

There are 3 toilets and bathrooms in the house. If you can agree with your flatmate, you can use some bathrooms for only boys and some bathrooms for only girls. It is up to you.

Prices are 430€/month each all included (All included except parking)

Prices included: bills, utilities, taxes, furnished kitchen, WIFI, whashmachine and cleaning service.

We also require a 2-month deposit (860 € each).

The ideal stay is until August 31st, but if you decide to leave earlier, you will have to find a tenant to replace you and take the deposit back directly from him.

If you want to take the room alone, price is: 750 € monthly (all included).
